Yoga Incense Gift Box

The eight blends are prepared in the Kathmandu Valley by the Stupa workshop — the same Nepali tradition that produces the wider Stupa range of incense tubes carried by Maison Étherique. Each blend is a hand-rolled, bamboo-less stick prepared from aromatic herbs, resins, leaves, and bark ground together with a natural binder. No synthetic fragrance. No bamboo core. Ten-centimetre length, approximately thirty minutes of burn per stick.

The structural framework. Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, composed around the 2nd century BCE, set out eight limbs (Sanskrit: aṣṭāṅga) of classical yoga — a sequence of practical and contemplative disciplines that the text presents as the structural backbone of yoga practice. The eight limbs are not the only framework for organising yoga, but they are by far the most widely known. 1. Select one of the eight pouches.
2. Take a stick from the pouch.
3. Hold the tip to a flame for 5–10 seconds until it catches.
4. Blow out the flame - the stick smoulders.
5. Place the stick in the included ceramic burner on a heat-safe surface.
6. The stick burns for approximately 30 minutes before reaching the end.
7. Allow the burner to cool before handling.

Burn in a well-ventilated room. Store the pouches in a cool dry place - Lokta paper packaging is breathable but holds the natural aromatics if kept dry. The bamboo-less sticks are slightly more fragile than bamboo-cored sticks; handle gently to avoid breakage.
