Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver the products you have chosen at the place of delivery requested by you on your Order. To do this, we use a 3rd Party Courier and will only charge you what they charge us.

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. However, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Upon delivery of the merchandise, you may be required to sign to confirm receipt. You may email in the case of any faults, defects or damage. You should be able to provide the documents (official Invoice and/or Receipt) delivered with the merchandise upon request.

Please note it is not always possible to deliver to some locations. In such an event, we will inform you, and if you wish we can arrange to deliver to an alternative address.

If for any reason you are not available to take delivery our courier partner will try to contact you to arrange re-delivery at a more convenient time. Our courier will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of the first delivery attempt. After 3 failed delivery attempts, unfortunately the order will be considered cancelled. 

If delivery is delayed through an unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or if you do not accept the product from the courier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) make the product no longer available for re-delivery and will notify you that we are cancelling your order. 

In the case of order cancellation, we will of course refund the purchase amount of the cancelled merchandise to your credit or debit card.
