A full refund will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unused, with the original tags still attached. If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, and you then have 14 days to return the items. All items (including any special promotional gift items) must be returned to us to process the return.
In order to qualify for a refund, the items must be:
- in full saleable condition
- in their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items that are not in are-saleable condition.
Customers can call our customer care number or send an e-mail to email@example.com to process the return. We will then advise our courier to arrange to come and collect the items from you. The refund amount will be returned to the same card on which the purchase was originally made, and banks usually take 7 to 15 working days to process the refund.
