We strive to pack and send your order as quickly as we can, so do not delay in informing us of any change in your details. You may change these details in your account once you have logged in online before you place your order.
I WANT TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER, CAN I COMBINE MY SHIPMENTS TOGETHER?
Please call us directly if you wish to combine your orders to save on shipping costs. We may need to charge a small amount to accommodate for additional weight and size of your order. We cannot guarantee your request will be seen via email before we send your shipment out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to UAE and GCC customers, however if you are located outside of these countries please drop us an email at info@maisonetherique.com and we will do our best to find best solution for your query.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer standard shipping for UAE customers with next day delivery if we received your order before 1pm Gulf Standard Time and for GCC customers it takes 3-7 working days to receive the products.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Unless an item is on backorder, all items are processed within 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if one or more of your requested items is temporarily unavailable.
